Dunkin Donuts Coffee for Veterans

LACKAWANNA COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA — The Dunkin’ Donuts of Northeastern Pennsylvania is thanking its local veterans the best way it knows how, with coffee, to celebrate Veterans Day.

On Tuesday, November 9, Dunkin’ Donuts of Northeastern Pennsylvania will team up with the VALOR Clinic Foundation to give a special donation to area veterans at a local Dunkin’ location.

Dunkin’ presented the VALOR Clinic Foundation with an oversized check donation for one ton of coffee, to keep veterans going this holiday season. The donation of 2,000 pounds of coffee is worth roughly $18,000.

Additionally, in honor of Veterans Day, Dunkin’ will offer all veterans and active military members a free donut of their choice on Thursday, November 11 at participating Dunkin’ restaurants worldwide, with no purchase required.

Dunkin’ is dedicated to recognizing our nation’s brave military personnel. Once again, on Thursday, November 11, all veterans and active military will receive a free donut of their choice at participating Dunkin’ restaurants nationwide, with no purchase required.

Dunkin’ Donuts Gives to Veterans

Dunkin’ Donuts’ Veterans Day programs are part of the company’s ongoing support for the United States military. More than 300,000 pounds of coffee have been provided to troops serving overseas through the Dunkin’ Coffee for Our Troops initiative. Dunkin’ distributes a case of coffee to deployed troops every week through this program, based on recommendations from friends, family members, and the military themselves. Since 2003, the company has delivered over 240 pounds of coffee every week to active military personnel. Dunkin’ also has 41 military locations on bases all over the world.

On Veterans Day, November 11th, Dunkin’ will once again give a sweet salute to all those who serve in our armed forces by giving veterans and active service personnel a free donut. This offer is part of our ongoing efforts to show their gratitude and support for those who serve. They’re maintaining our tradition of lifting a cup to the outstanding Dunkin’ guests, restaurant employees, and franchisees who have served and recognizing those who serve in honor of this day.
